You would be correct, I've already had to epoxy my belly pan back on after it came loose in flight and only the monokote holding it on. The dowels and wing bolts are part of the wing itself.
Got the manual in the mail yesterday. The 18 inch dowel is not for the wings, it is for a Y elevator push rod set up. That will certainly be a new endevor for me. For the wing joining all the manual calls for is applying thick CA! Would you do that.? I'm thinking it should be 30 minute epoxy! Pics show the wing joining setup minus the fiberglass 1 inch wide strip that goes around the wing joint once they are joined, the strip IAW the manual gets thin CA
