Very nice. This is by no means taking away from your work, but wouldnt it have been easier and more cost effective to make it out of balsa and then maybe fiberglass it, for strength and waterproofing? I have never attempted something like this but have wanted to and was just curious. looking for an easier approach, I don't think I have the patience to cut all that plastic, maybe it will give me a reason to buy one of those 9" band saws. Anyway it looks great.
