Thunder Tiger Champion-45S
I'm putting subject airplane. All information and instructions show the engine is mounted on it's side. The engine mount and the nose gear upper bearing is apparently made to mount the engine "heads up" or inverted. Has there been a change in design or do I have the wrong motor mount? If I use the mount that came with kit to mount the engine as shown, the nose gear will protrude out the port side of the Fuselage!
I would actually prefer to mount the engine "head up", but am concerned that the mound has built in angles that will be a problem and that the cowling may be a problem.
Anyone had this problem?
Thanks
Robin
