Using the Aurora with the Aerofly ProDeluxe Flight Sim - after much head scratching, I realized that the "native" Aurora with the 2.4 G module installed isn't "recognized" by the AFP USBInterface. Fix was quite simple; unplug the module. Sim came up immediately, and after creating a profile in the Sim and calibrating it, works just fine.
Apparently "something" in the output of the trainer jack honks up the AFP interface.
The Aurora also does *not* require to be setup in Trainer mode.
Works slicker 'n snot.
