Sterling was still around in the `80's as they were still making a few things, one was an airboat with 3 wheels on it called the Puddle Jumper.
Some of the parts look like Dumas pieces, I wonder if they made the hardware for Sterling.
The servos are ancient also, either Kraft or Heathkit linears. I wish that someone would bring them back!
It would be a slow boat if restored. I'd toss out the engine and replace it with a low-dollar electric motor, ESC and batteries. It wouldn't need much as you wouldn't want it to run over scale-like speeds.
