If you are into short distance drag racing then you need a lower kv motor...............and the speed runs that you're "not into" are exactly what the 6900kv will try to give you..........thats what its for.......... top end speed. You will end up with a rig that will have trouble accelerating over little jumps. You may be under the impression that higher kv means more power..........it means more speed in a nutshell. If you want bursts of power to jump over stuff then a 3500kv or so would be what you need. The lower the KV the more acceleration and torque to put it in "laymans" terms. Good luck!!
