RE: SettingJR 9x to handle flaps and ailerons
This may work on your transmitter if it is similar to the US 9303. I hope the nomenclature for the two transmitters are the same. On the 9303 the problem with using the flaps as ailerons is that you can’t trim them with the aileron trim control. You can set them up to be trim by the AUX TRIM but that is awkward. Also, this setup uses the 3-position FLAP switch to control the flight modes.

In DeviceSEL set FLIGHT MODE input to FLAP SW. Inhibit the output of two channels, other than the FLAP channel. Use AUX3 as one of the inhibited channels. If you are not using it, the GEAR channel is a good choice for the other inhibited channel. Leave the output of the FLAP channel as SYS.

In Wing TYPE menu set the WING: to NORMAL. Dual/mate the AILE channel to one of the inhibited channels (not AUX3). Dual/mate FLAP to AUX3. IF you wish to use the AUX TRIM as the aileron trim for the flaps, activate the TRIM under FLAP. (AUX3 is the only channel that AUX TRIM works on.)

In the Function List go to FLAP SYS. menu and set up the flaps such that there is no flap deflection for NORM. NORM is also your flight mode 0. Set the flaps and elevator positions for MID and LAND. Leave FM0:, FM1:, and FM2 set to SW.

Go to a linear program mix and mix AILE > FROL. Leave the values for Pos0 as 0%. Set the values for Pos1 to 100%. Leave the Offset as 0. Set only FM0 switch on the bottom row to Pos1.
