The Vampire will fly fine without the washout, but will drop a wing when stalled, at least mine does. But the low wing loading will allow really slow flight before reaching the critical angle of attack. If you are really concerned about tip stall, you can follow the advice given here, ''crow'' mixing works fine in takeoff and landing configurations, and raising both ailerons in normal flight mode will also help. But if you have not built your wing yet, why not just add the 2 degree washout. This may give you some peace of mind, but is not absolutely necessary in my opinon.
I have been lucky to be allowed to fly the full-size T11 lately, and the wing drops there too. Quite violently in an accellerated stall as I found out.

Thanks, Per - that's very helpful. Your experience in the fullsize is also interesting to here - what a privilege; I'm envious. Were you the pilot or passenger ?

PS I'm modifying the basic kit to the T11 version of the 'Vampire Preservation Flight' WZ507. I remember these aircraft as a boy flying from the local RAF Acklington Airfield in Northumberland during the 1950's -.
