I have a MVVS 35 in my 82 inch ARF GeeBee Y, with an inverted side muffler it will turn a 3W 20x8 at 7200, it gives my GBY good Top Speed, I would say yes it is a bit fast, this setup weighs around 15&1/2 pounds,, I would think for the Staggered Wing a MVVS 35 would need a Larger Diameter 21x6 Less Pitch for better pull off the ground,,

as for the MVVS it's self it is a Top of The Line Engine, it's only draw-back is it's just a bit heavy,, so if you want a new MVVS buy the MVVS 40, it should be a real monster..
