I am building a Senior Telemaster from a kit to be used with an electric power system. I am just starting the fuselage and was wondering if anyone had suggestions for modifications to make it more electric friendly. For example, does it make sense to put in the engine mount rails. I was also thinking of building up a supporting structure behind the spinner so that if there is a hard prop strike the motor shaft is less likey to bend (because the backplate of the spinner would only be able to move about 1/16 inch before hitting the built up nose section). I am also interested in modifications to improve battery cooling.

I have experience building, so I don't mind deviating from the plans a bit.
