Close, but I don't think it's the Kiwi.
The Kiwi's rudder strake is longer and the trailing edge is slightlytapered not just at the tip. But the plane in question has straight wings. What's unusual is the elevator extending behing the rudder.
That rules out the Kik Fly and the Taurus
