Congrats! Looks good, glad you got it in the air again. Hope to hear some more reports as you fly it more.
Here is another flight report-I flew it again this afternoon and I was having too much fun, I flew it too long and ran out of fuel and found out that it doesn't glide as good as my ''stick'' the wind just made it seem like it, I tried to land it but I stalled it and one side of the lg folded back and ripped the side of the fuse out, broke the motor mount and shattered the lg mount. Looks like I wont be flying it again until I have $90 for a new fuse.[&o] Jeff, now I see why it was your favorite plane, it flies great! cwick, the wind died down enough to hover and It does that great too, even with less than the recommended 3d rates!
Why not try to fix it yourself if on a budget. Go to your LHS, match up the wood and put the puzzle back together. Its not as hard as it may seem. If youve never done it before, just let it sit a few days and go back and take a look at it. You might be surprised how simple it can be, just time and patience.
