I've been really into this for a few years now...This is what I have in mine.

Stuff for maintenance and repair-
Big and little screw drivers of every type

A whole set of those tiny screw drivers

Set of metric AND standard allen wrenches

A couple self-tapping screws just in case

Tape

Pliers (that how you spell it?) needle nose and some big ones

4 way wrench for the glow plug and prop nut

Extra prop nuts

Extra props

Extra glow plugs

Extra wheel collars

Extra fuel tubing

CA glue (never hurts to be prepared!)

As far as stuff you need to fly-

The glow igniter

Chicken stick for starting

Fuel

Fuel pump

Transmitter!

That's all I can think of right now...Did I miss anything? I've got a few more things in mine like a field charger, 12 volt battery, volt meter, tachometer, an extra muffler, and some other stuff. Until you feel the need for it all, I'm sure you can barrow that type of thing from other guys at the field. I know I wouldn't mind...

You might notice I didn't mention a starter. I don't use a starter and never have...I think it's worthless weight!
