Default RE: Ultrsport 60 and Retracts

Hey guys,

I'm going to be starting my first kit build in the next couple nights, and would like to see what you recommend for tail dragger retracts on the US 60? I need some sturdy ones that wont bend on a bumpy grass runway!

I found these: [link=http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXMJJ9&P=7]http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXMJJ9&P=7 [/link] Are they heavier duty than the great planes ones?

Minnflyer said they should work, but he also found these: [link=http://www.horizonhobby.com/Products/Default.aspx?ProdID=HAN242011]http://www.horizonhobby.com/Products/Default.aspx?ProdID=HAN242011[/link]

He said he liked them a lot and only downside is they each require their own retract servo. I'm leaning towards these if they'll fit in the wing on the US 60.

Anyone have any experience with either of these?

Thanks!

get these...totally worth the price, and allegedly designed by MinnFlyer [8D]

I use them in my US40 and am going to pick up a set for the US60 i'm about to build...
