lately they have been linking SS club codes to email addresses but to answer the OP the SS club members generally get larger discounts for membership and free shipping over 150$ year round
I'm a member of Super Saver Club and get the ads via email all the time. Just thought I'd share this from their web page as it goes beyond the normal 60 dollar limit.
