If you are operating the receiver in regular mode, not HS mode, and the non-Futaba analog servos don't operate properly, you may want to ask of the servo maker if there's a difficulty with that servo or if an update is available. You can try checking various Futaba servos to see how they perform. If recent-manufacture Futaba servos have difficulties, then the receiver may have a difficulty. If any Futaba servo works, then your non-Futaba servos have difficulties.
It's very likely that some non-Futaba equipment will not be quite compatible with newer Futaba equipment. Such difficulties would have to be referred to the maker of the non-Futaba equipment. Futaba cannot insure that their equipment will interface with non-Futaba items. There's just too much other stuff out there.
