You want approximately 5/8"-3/4" up elevator, you need more up elevator than anything else, once you get flying, you can reduce that to 3/8"- 1/2" . Launch on high rate, then depending on your flying tastes, reduce rates after you get on step..
at high speeds, it dont take much..
