Bob, you may want to ask your question on the KnifeEdge site. That's where most of the computer nerds and X-Berts hang out. They may know of an alternative to the "supplied" cables.

Umm, one other thing Bob. In the requirements section of the program you'll notice that it calls for a "Compatible FM or FM-selectable transmitter" ... that would indicate that a crystal is present in the radio.
