RE: TB-03D Help, Vibrating CVDs/Wheels
That's funny. I just started doing that yesterday on my own accord. The dogbones pins were not in the same slot as each other and I thought it might cause varying degrees of torque. It only does it when I turn halfway past my steering full radius. I am replacing the dogbones and CVDs. The drive pin snapped in half and tore everything in the hub. I am replacing my bearings as well. Still sounds familiar?
UPDATE: The CVDs parallel are in the same slot/plane. The dogbone pins form them are in the same slot on the direct coupling.
It still vibrates/wobbles wildly. I am replacing everything. CVDs, Bearings, Hub(pin destroyed one). My CVDs don't seem to be as smooth for some reason they are alls scratched up from the broken pin.
Any other help would be much appreciated.<br type="_moz" />
