I understand that the module has a crystal, I was more trying to say that the crystal isn't fixed in the transmitter.

When I get back home I'll see if I still have the cables that were supplied with the original program.
I was just hoping to order them so they would be waiting when I got there.
I found this on Tower, but the last sentence in the Tech Notes is a bit confusing to me?
