So i put it back on again and it seems to seal better this time. More "pop" when I pull the started. I think it's that i tightened 1/4 or less turn at a time instead of 1/2 turns. Or it could be that something was off center. Thanks for all your help! The real test will be tomorrow when I try to start it up
