Default RE: All white CARF painting tips

It's time for my all white Comp Integral to get painted. This is going to be my first Carf painting.
1. what paint does CARF use (polyurethane/ Nitrocellulose/ Epoxy/ acrylic)?
2. Before adding my colors, do I need to prime the surface or just mild scuffing would do?
3. what are the compatible paints that can be used on CARF?
4. I am thinking about clear coating finally, so please suggest the right paint for that as well.

Thanks,
Gyri
CARF uses urethane
I ''scuff'' with 2000 grit wet sand paper. No heavy primer.
I'm using lacquer. ( Electric power advantage)
No heavy clear coat. Polish the white as well as the lacquer with 3M Finesse It II

The attached photo doesn't do it justice.

I thought it did at least some justice Wish we had spectators like that at our meets!
