If the delta planform held any performance advantage, the Germans would be using them in their speed competitions. They don't.
I have noticed the Germans are starting to use some modified flying wings that are fairly competitive. Maybe the deltas are next. I guess we owe combatpigg a real pat on the back for taking a $60 build up delta kit to 200 mph last month. [X(]
