very well explained Ron. Actually that's what I thought you meant as well. The header has't arrived yet. I will take a photo or two when I get it. hopefully sometime early next week. The wood has arrived and it is great quality. I hope I'll be able to start cutting the transom and stringers tomorrow if i get some free time! To be honest I haven't worked with plys this thin. what's the best tool for that? I dont have a band saw but do own a jagsaw and some hand tools.
