you will find spare parts on ebay from time to time. I have one as well which I am planning on upgrading but have not got around to it. I've been told that the first thing you want to do is reinforce the drive sprocket where the drive axel is inserted (either by a hose clamp or a brass/metal tube. Supposedly is has a tendency to break. I was thinking if its possible replace the drive motors (gear box with a 3:1 gear box from mato. As well. I was thinking of replacing the stock electronics with (2 RX 18 boards) The tank is currently powered by a 12V battery so I was hoping that 2 x 7.2V batteries would get this thing moving. I just have to finish up several other projects first
