No, you do what any sensible person does. Contact OS support and get it replaced.
That happened some years ago with one run of liners. They studied the problem in depth, beyond why the plating failed in that one run. They improved the process, actually changed the accepted plating process to other, better suited materials.
They sell about a quarter of a million engines yearly. The peeling was with one run of liners, some years back. The probability of encountering a peeling liner is quite small. So far, the probability of even seeing someone else encounter one peel has been zero for many, many modelers. Those odds are around zero now and getting smaller every day.
