That is one of the most common issues that seems to come up, I'm a techie and my brother was going nuts trying to install it swearing up and down he tried everything, So when I got a chance I went and did the install and it just worked as he stood there in wonder before we realized he had a 13 in stead if a I3 (he had it written down) and I've heard of a few other people having the same issue.
