Default RE: Seagull Gee Bee Z

I have it all in and I have one major question . The instructions say th cg is 9cm from front of wing . I have my plane all together and if my calculations are correct 9CM = 3.54 " . Once I figured this out I marked the wings and I tried cg and it was way too nose heavy ! the tail wouldnt even go down at all . It was a total nose dive . I may have to put the batteries in the back??????
\ My main question is where did you mark the plane or find CG? and once you did find cg did you have it a little nose heavy?
I have flown my bigger planes perfectly balanced with no fuel and it was out of control. I always have my planes a little nose heavy. Did this work for you?

Thanks for your help!!
