With the 550mm blades this thing has a 48" rotor span so there's no way I'm going to lift it off anywhere in the house (although I'll admit that I did spin it up with the skids weighted down just to get a quick check on blade tracking).
Aww c'mon, man! I think the ONLY reason I didn't fire up the gasser indoors is because of the exhaust. Then again, you probably saw the vid of me hovering it in MY GARAGE.
I didn't even think about the safety ramifications of that until after I did it. I will not be reposting it for obvious reasons...
