I am confused about what you are trying to do with your Cessna. Why would you want to program your ailerons as flaperons? The flaps are huge and very effective on the TF model.

I also agree with the previous comments about the horner tips - why build a scale model and not do the tips. As far as breaking them off, mine are fairly strong. Just take a little more care to prevent "hanger rash".
