Hi E.W.

One thing you do not want on a heli is a spring loaded throttle. Most ccpm heli's are set up to have negative pitch when the throttle is below about 50% so that it will hold on the ground. If the throttle was spring loaded and you let go, the heli would come crashing to the ground with not very good results. Maybe on a fixed pitch heli it would work out?

I have tried to fly with a clicking throttle, but it always seems that one click is too much and one click down is too little. I removed the throttle click from all my transmitters. Much better.
