Default Fuji-Imvac BF-25EI Information Request

I am considering using a Fuji-Imvac BF-25EI engine in a prototype robotic tool we are proposing to the US DoD. We need a very small, light weight engine to run the tool. The big constraint is operating the engine from fuel sources that are currently part of the DoD supply chain. This includes straight automotive gasoline, JP8 & diesel. 2-stroke oil or common hobby fuels are not acceptable.

This engine looks like a good candidate but I am having a heck of a time getting detailed information about the engine. I really need a dimensioned drawing of the engine but only saw such a drawing for the 34cc model. Does anyone have or know where I can get the equiv drawing for the 25cc engine? I know it is probably asking for the world but a 3D parametric model (Solidworks/STEP/IGES) would be even better if it exists.

Has anyone put serious hours on one of these engines? Any comments about reliability?

Thanks in advance for any feedback or suggestions for similar engines capable of running from the fuels listed.
