The Powerjack we supplied Jason is designed to take the load off the RX board. It weighs only 20g, the MPX connectors supply high current to the device, the servos get what ever voltage the batteries are giving, servos signal is to 5v and the receiver gets 5v from the Low-Drop regulators.
