I suppose if it was fixable and that is what they had, they would put them on. Not likely they would leave a piece of armor sitting because all they had were steel return wheels. I don't really think waiting on rubber was an option. It may have not come from the factory like that, but I wouldn't bet very much against this never happening.

Besides they are metal and they came with the metal road wheels so I used them
