Furthermore, it's never taken me a month or two to trim out an airplane. A week or two, maybe, but if an airplane is a good design, it shouldn't take too much to get it flying. Correct?
That's heavily dependant on the weather conditions in your region and how big a fanatic you are. Over here we almost always have wind, which isn't ideal to trim a plane. After 6 months, I'm still sometimes changing throws to get it 'just right'.
