I was planning to join the wing next, but it will have to wait another day or two. Meanwhile, I did make the taildragger main gear wires. As mentioned in a previous post, I had decided to make the gear a little sturdier by using 3/16" music wire instead of the 5/32" called for in the plans. Because the landing gear blocks I substituted for those supplied in the kit were 1/4" shorter, I had to make the gear 1/4" shorter also. I am talking about the portion of the wire that sits in the 3/16" groove that are cut in the blocks.

It's a fairly easy job to make the wires if you use the K&B wire bender or similar.
