OK assuming you want to charge both packs at 100 mah.

Connect up the charger to the battery

You have 4 buttons on the front.

Press the left one until it shows the type of battery to be charged. The type will flash.

Press the right button once. Now the charge rate will flash. use the inc or dec buttons to set the charge rate to 100mah.

Press the right button down and hold it down - it will beep and start charging.

When it stops charging it will beep seveal times.
