Hello. I have been doing some reading and it appears the stock evolution 3 blade prop on my Alpha 40 (Evo .45 Trainer) and the glow plug should be changed.

What prop (11x6 2 blade?) and glow plug (A3?) do you guys suggest?

If I change the prop, do I need a new backplate and spinner?
