My friend just bought the E-Flite Beaver. There are a bunch of videos on You-Tube of it and it appears to fly very well. If you want a scale float plane that may be your best bet. I have finished building my Beaver from ESM/Kondor/TBM. It weighs in at 16.25 lbs with wheels. Engine is a 26cc gasser. We are in the middle of a severe cold spell with a couple of inches of snow on the ground so no maiden in the near future.
