For the louvers (vents) here's a possibility....

KnoxHobbies.com sells a private branded Yak, and they do offer louvers for that plane for about $6 each. These may not be perfect fit, but you could probably order 1 or 2 of them and use them as a mold to build what you really want.

Hey has anyone done any business with this company? Web site looks good however I ordered some louvers from them before Christmas and have not recieved them yet. I live only 200 miles away in Nashville. Tried to contact them via e-mail, no response. Tried to call no answer and cannot leave a message because the mailbox is full.
