I have never done business with them. I put louvers in my 25% Waco by forming them with 1/64" ply. I cut the ends of the louver and thru the open end then just scored them where I wanted to make the bend then applied thin CA. To form the ends I filled them with bondo and carved them while they were curing then finish sanded. May not be the easiest way but it works. I will try to attach a good pic If I can find one.
