Has the quality control improved since this thread started in 2008? These birds look and fly very well from what I have seen.
Well the only thing I don't like about my plane is the fact I cut open the canister holes for cooling. Well now I'm afraid of my engine breaking in and oil/gas residue flying back and slowly melting the foam. It started already. Don't know what to do other than cover the holes back up.
