Yes, it will hover. It doesn't have great power to pull out when stock so this is likely what some folks are concerned with.
Overall, it is a blast to fly with like 3dbatixkid suggests.
After I try out my new Kokam 340 packs that weigh 0.3oz less, i'll decide if I want to change it or just wait until I burn out the motor.
