...It came with instructions, but not to this particular plane... Especially throws, and cg. It is a 60 size plane.

This may be a dumb question, but what plane was shown in the instructions? Were there any pictures in the instructions?
If you have built a few ARF's, you shouldn't need any instructions to put the plane together. According to the pictures, it looks like a nice plane. If you need assistance with a motor recommendation, control throws, CG, etc., you could probably go onto the Seagull Models website and download the instructions for their 60 Extra to give you some ideas.
