well the fusion is a very good car that with optional gearing can hit speeds of 80mph, that is all i know about the fusion, but the 4-tec out of the box can hit speedsof 60mph. The fusion has a .21, while the 4-tec has a .15. If you have the money to spend i would go with the fusion, but if you dont and go with the 4-tec im sure you wont be dissapointed
