Hey Bigdog,
If you have a castle link make sure it is set up right. If that doesnt work call castle, they will help you over the phone. By the way I do not utilize any onboard esc/bec combos in 4s and above. I recommend an ouboard BEC. I had the same problem with another castle ESC and need to send it back. I have an ICE75 in my 500 class heli and it so far works great on 6s.
