Default RE: DynaFlite Kit: Bird of Time

I did the 3 piece wing on a Goldberg gentle lady once. I used plug in steel music wire in the inboard section with tubes mounted in the outer wing panels. This set up worked well until I pulled hard to get into a thermal one ay and one outer wing section bent up 90'. I landed it OK but I don’t think it was worth the extra weight and loss of wing rigidity.

If you can't handle transporting a one piece 120" wing then I'd recommend you place the wing tube inboard of the polyhedral joint on a flat section of the wing.
