here are some updated pics of the project. I finally had a chance to work on it a bit more yesterday and got it all put back together. I had it all stripped down and cleaned everything, installed the RRP tranny gears, RPM arms, RPM receiver box, new servo mounts, servos, carbon fiber front shock tower...

I also moved the battery and switch to the front for better weight distribution. the only problem is that the switch is a bit difficult to get to and the body will have to be off to get to it I think.

and now the engine is mounted up and ready to run I just need to get a new spur gear for it!!
