My biggest problem with using the Robarts is the fact the trailing edge capping on these planes is only about 3/8" thick missing the end of the hinge with the ribs designed to capture the glue.

How do you get all the holes in exactly the same place on both the trailing edge and the moving surface? do you make a jig? If the holes are off a knat's aXX they bind.
