Just epoxy the wind halves together and you should be good to go.

FWIW, I have a 6 lb. 3 oz. Escapade with a Saito 72 and a 5 cell 6V 25000 Mah battery andf it flies great. Don't sweat the small stuff, just make sure it's balanced and powered properly for the weight.
